Die Servicepauschale beinhaltete lt Vertrag auch einen Satz Handtücher. Das wurde uns vor Ort verneint. Nach kurzer Diskussion aber wurden uns Handtücher wie vereinbart ausgehändigt. Ansonsten eine sehr gute professionelle Abwicklung aller Anliegen und eine sehr freundliche Organisation aller Mitarbeiter von Euronautic. Sehr angenehm.
