Check-In war ein wenig mühsam (man bekam eine Liste in die Hand gedrückt und sollte auf die Suche gehen - sogar das Besteck sollte gezählt werden, Küchenausstattung war eher mangelhaft), Assistentin am Desk war nicht besonders freundlich. Der Check-Out hingegen war sehr professionell als man merkte, dass dies nicht der erste Törn war.
