Die Charterfirma ist vor Ort sehr professionell und freundlich aufgetreten und hat den Check-In und Check-Out effizient abgewickelt. Unsere Yacht war sogar vor der vereinbarten Zeit bereit. Insgesamt bot die Charterfirma eine bessere Kundenerfahrung als andere Charterfirmen mit denen wir bisher Kontakt hatten.
Die Yacht selber war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten technischen Zustand. Dies hängt natürlich auch mit dem jungen Baujahr (2020) zusammen.
