Wir durften drei Stunden früher einchecken, da unsere Yacht bereits vorbereitet war - vielen Dank an den Vercharterer dafür! Im Funkgerät war keine MMSI einprogrammiert. Somit hätten wir im Seenotfall keinen automatischen Distress-Call ausrufen können.
Die Position der Seenot-Materialien im Bug ganz vorne, ganz unten, unter dem Bett ist etwas ungünstig. Solange man es braucht, ist alles chillig, aber leichter zugängliche Orte wären im Fall des Falles, wo man ohnehin schon gestresst ist, besser geeignet.
Ansonsten - Top-Abwicklung von Ihnen und von Seiten des Charterunternehmens. Insbesondere Ihr übersichtlicher Kundenbereich ist, gerade für Neulinge, sehr hilfreich!
