Sehr ausführliche Einweisung und Abnahme mit Kontrolle vieler Details. Hier spürt man die Liebe und den Willen zur Arbeit mit den Yachten.

Besonders positiv fiel die Dame beim Abwickeln der Papiere auf. Sehr freundlich, ruhig, strukturiert und unaufgefordert ein Stornobeleg (!) der Kaution. Bislang waren das halbseidene Zusagen.
Nett auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung.
Das man beim Ab- und Anlegen immer drei Skipper hat, zwei davon am Land, ist wahrscheinlich nicht einer Kritik wert. Insgesamt legt der Vercharterer großen Wert auf den guten Zustand der Yacht und kümmert sich um alles wesentliche.
Schön war auch das ein Missverständnis zur Transferbuchung, ausser einem kurzen Stirnrunzeln, kein Problem war.
