- Reinigung innen + außen nicht gut realisiert - nur auf Nachforderung und Nacharbeit innen ok, Außen gar nicht, Scheiben auch nicht
- viele Kleinigkeiten trüben die gute und echt schöne Yacht: Stoßdämpfer Klappe Fly ausgebrochen und nicht repariert, Zwischenboden im Kühlschrank gebrochen und nicht ersetzt, Gelenk Dachfenster Hauptkabine - Schraube fehlt, Tisch in der Kabine Ausklappen + Nutzung nicht möglich - Tisch enden hängen nach unten, Wasserschlauch Gewebe gebrochen Schlauch wirft Blasen und platzt, Wasser tropft ins Unterdeck kommt unterhalb des Führerstandes und topft auf die Treppe nach unten

Die Dame an der Reception war sehr freundlich. Das andere Personal könnte viel von Ihr lernen.
Wir erwarten eine angemessene Rückerstattung unserer verlorener Charterzeit infolge sehr schlechtem Zustand der Yacht und der damit verbundenen Zeit der Reparaturen und aufenthalte in Häfen.
