Punat (Insel Krk) - Marina Punat | Sat 16.10.21 - Sat 23.10.21 | 2 people | Der Technische Zustand wurde mit ungenügend bewertet, da zum einen die Bilgepumpe für die Dusche nur zeitweise funktioniert hat und vor allem der Autopilot nicht funktioniert hat. Da wir nur zu zweit auf der Yacht waren, wäre der Autopilot sehr wichtig gewesen.

Eine Cobra Yacht würde ich nicht wieder anmieten, da die Segeleigenschaften recht mäßig waren und sie in vielen Details nicht auf der Höhe der Wettbewerber ist.

Praise:
We caused two damages (mooring maneuvers) to the yacht and I suffered a slight injury to my leg.
They kept proactively asking about my condition, whether I needed to see a doctor, etc. The damage was recorded in a relaxed manner and assessed fairly.

Gesamteindruck sehr gut auch wenn einige technische Mängel leider nervig waren. Die Ankerwinsch hat nicht funktioniert und konnte nicht repariert werden. Dafür wurden von TYC unsere dadurch genutzten Bojen bezahlt. Wir hatten dann ein Problem mit der Frischwasserpumpe aber konnten dass dann auch lösen unter anderem mithilfe von TYC, die extra jemanden in einen anderen Hafen geschickt haben dafür. Der Kartenplotter funktionierte auch nicht richtig, dafür bekamen wir ein Tablet.
Dann gab es andere kleinere aber übliche Problemchen am Boot die wir aber lösen konnten oder von TYC gelöst wurden oder für die TYC eine Kompensation angeboten hat.
Sehr freundliches Personal und absolut kulante Behandlung auf Augenhöhe. Es war die erste Woche dieser Saison für das Boot und leider sind halt ein paar Dinge nicht optimal gewesen aber in Summe hat TYC versucht es zu retten.
Die Teuta ist ein relativ eng geschnittenes Boot, das eine interessante Mischung aus Regatta und Komfort ist.
