Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die sanitären Einrichtungen im Hafen Veruda sind viel zu wenig und die Duschen eigentlich eine Frechheit. Geht gar nicht.

Das war nun der sechste Charter in Kroatien über 1a Yachtcharter. Wir waren bisher immer zufrieden.
Das Team von Orvas in Kastela hat aber alles bisherige übertroffen. Da ist der Kunde einfach König - mega!

Lage des Vercharterers im Reparaturbereich der Marina. Dreckig und stinkig. Übernachtung dort ist unzumutbar. Boot lag zwischen Fischerbooten und anderen Schrottbooten. Mindestens 1 km von der eigentlichen Marina entfernt.
Personal im Büro sehr nett.
Technische Übergabe extrem schlecht. Stationsleiter sagte das er das Boot nicht kennt und daher keine gute Kenntnis hat. Dazu sagte er noch das Instrumente (Schwarzwassertank) nicht stimmen oder kaputt sind. Aber das wäre halt so.
Frischwassertank war nicht voll und nach 2 Tagen leer. Stauräume dreckig. Reservekanister mit Benzin nur provisorisch gedichtet. Fotos können wir senden. Alles dokumentiert.
Motor des Dingi hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.
Beim An- und Ablegen keinerlei Hilfe. Sehr unfreundlich.
In Summe absolut kein Empfehlung. Diesen Vercharterter an diesem Ort unbedingt aus ihrem Angebot streichen!!!!
