Die gecharterte Yacht, machte einen deutlich älteren Eindruck als wie vereinbart aus 2014. Unschöne optische Abnutzungsmerkmale, das Backbordsteuerrad war sehr ausgeschlagen, etc.
Aus den Dokumenten konnte man entnehmen: "Sails from 2014". Heisst wohl, die Segel sind aus 2014, die Yacht kann aber älter sein.
Einige Indikationen aus den beigelieferten Instrumentdokumenten wiesen auf 2009 hin, yach das Office Personal vor Ort konnte keinen Hinweis auf das eigentliche Baujahr feststellen.
Wenn ich eine Yacht mit BJ 2014 buche, gehe ich davon aus, dass die Gesamtyacht aus 2014 ist. Ansonsten sollte das entsprechend vermerkt sein.
