Das Personal des Vercharterers war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend im Rahmen des üblichen "Chartergeschäftes". Wir hatten zwei kleine selbst verursachte defekte. Die Regulierung war sehr kooperativ.
Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Es war aber für uns kein wesentlicher Faktor. Ebenso ging leider die Wasserfüllstandsanzeige nicht.
Die generelle Funktionstüchtigkeit der Yacht war super. Ein oder zwei längere Seile für längere Landfesten wäre noch gut gewesen. Coronabedingt war die Einweisung sehr knapp. Insgesamt würde ich die Yacht und den Vercharterer immer guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
