Die Organisation aller Unterlagen war hervorragend. Sehr positiv finde ich die Verfügbarkeit aller Unterlagen im Kundenbereich. Der Vercharterer vor Ort war sehr gut vorbereitet (alle Dokumente lagen vor) und deutschsprachig, was ich sehr positv empfinde. Vor dem Abflug hat uns der Vercharterer vor Ort auch unproblematisch einen luggage storage vermittelt. Die gesamte Abwicklung vor Ort war perfekt, kompetent und sehr freundlich.
