Die Vorbereitung durch Ihre Gesellschaft war ausgezeichnet, kompetent und detailliert. Ich und meine Crew sind voll zufrieden; wir werden wiederum bei Ihnen buchen bzw. chartern. Die Seastar-Sailing vor Ort war ausnehmend freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Übergabe wie Abgabe professionell, empfehlenswert. Wir können nur loben, haben gar nichts zu kritisieren.

Der technische Zustand der Yacht war in Ordnung, allerdings war der Abnutzungszustand und verschiedene Mängel für ein recht neues Boot von 2019 schlecht.
Der Service bei Übergabe war freundlich und bemüht, es fehlten aber technische Informationen zum Boot. Die Ausrüstung war bei Übergabe unordentlich und schlecht sortiert, als wäre man mit dem Service noch nicht fertig gewesen.
