Trotz Feiertag (Ostermontag in Griechenland) war der Chef persönlich telefonisch zu erreichen und hat eine Lösung für ein Batterieproblem organisiert (Batterie hat die Nacht in einer Bucht nur mit Ankerlicht nicht überstanden). Als wir nach Tipps gefragt haben hat er, ohne das wir es gefordert hätten, angeboten einen Techniker zu nächsten Hafenstadt zu schicken der einen kompletten neuen Batteriesatz mit bringt und austauscht (wohlgemerkt an einem der höchsten Feiertage). So einen großartigen und kundenorientierten Service habe ich in über 30 Jahren chartern noch nie erlebt. Dazu ist die gesamte Mannschaft extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden sicher noch mal bei diesem Vercharterer chartern.
