Die Betreuung und Vorbereitung von 1a Yachtcharter war optimal inkl. ausgezeichneten Kundenservice. Bei Zustand, Ausrüstung und Segeleigenschaften von Charteryachten gibt es immer Luft nach oben. Der Base Manager vor Ort, war aber sehr an Feedback und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten interessiert. Das ist sehr positiv.

Grossartiger Service während des Törns. Wir hatten in 5 Wochen ein paar wenige technische Probleme, am nächsten Hafen stand dann Hilfe bereit.
