Viele, teils schwerwiegende Mängel erst nach Übernahme entdeckt. Vercharterer kannte - nach seiner Aussage - die meisten Mängel selbst nicht. Im Nachhinein hätte ich bei Übernahme wesentlich sorgfältiger prüfen müssen, dies ist sicherlich eine ärgerliche Erkenntnis. Angesichts des Baujahres der Yacht (2018) war ich hier wohl zu unvorsichtig, und musste mich um die Kaution sorgen (Ge- bzw. Missbrauchsschäden an der Yacht liegen sicherlich im Bereich von über 10.000€!). Vercharterer hat aber zwischenzeitlich per WhatsApp-Nachricht die Rückgabe der Kaution zugesagt. Sämtliche Mängel wurden von mir handschriftlich aufgelistet und dem Vercharterer übergeben.
