Leider war die Batterieladung ungenügend und wurde nicht ausreichend geladen, auch nicht durch Landstrom. Nachts Alarm durch Batteriewarnung. Telefonischer Support durch Vercharterer hat das Problem nicht behoben. Oceanis 410, Elcano, Bugstrahlruder zu hoch eingebaut, keine Funktion und nachts durch gegluckere zu laut, schlafen unmöglich. Hatten dann nachts Bälle reingesteckt um die Vorschiffkabine benutzen zu können. Vercharterer hat das nicht interessiert. 1a hat uns super unterstützt und mit dem Vercharterer Mängel besprochen.

Sehr freundlich und bemüht. Problemlose Abwicklung und Einweisung. Ich würde den Vercharterer ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen!
