- zwei von drei Kühlschränken anscheinend schon länger defekt
- Chartplotter innen war defekt - anscheinend auch schon länger
- Für Kaution wollten die Leute die Kreditkartendaten haben: Nummer, Ablaufdatum und Sicherheitscode. Das habe ich nur rausgegeben, weil ich weiß, dass ich Anforderungen dann immer noch in der App zur Kreditkarte freigeben muss. Ich finde das aber maximal unprofessionell. Ich kenne das mit Anforderungen auf der Kreditkarte über ein entsprechend (zugelassenes) Gerät.
- Stützpunkt / Chartermappe möchte ich nicht wirklich bewerten, da wir verlegt wurden.
- Technisches Personal war freundlich und die Einweisung umfassend.
