If you are looking for a sailing vacation away from the charter hustle and bustle, the Tioman archipelago, which belongs to Malaysia, is the place to be. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed here, looking for party strongholds, resorts or even cities is in vain here. Instead, there is tropical jungle, beach and sea without tourists. On the trip, however, a stop in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore can be planned.

Yacht charter Tioman
The Tioman archipelago is located in the southeast off the Malay Peninsula in the Gulf of Thailand. It consists of the main island Pulau Tioman as well as several larger and smaller islands, such as Seri Buat, Semibulang, Raja and Tasu south of the main island and Tulai with Chebeh, Sepoi and Labas towards the northwest. Apart from Tioman, there are only fishing villages on the other islands, so you have to take care of your own supplies. Mass tourism has not yet arrived here. The islands consist of tropical jungle surrounded by sandy beaches. There is a small airport on Pulau Tioman, which is served by flights from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. The island can also be reached by ferry from Mersing. Divers will find coral reefs as well as other underwater attractions, there are a few World War II shipwrecks around the island. Inside the island there is a nature reserve with tropical jungle. There are several waterfalls here and you can climb the highest point of the island Gunung Kajang at almost 1000 meters. If you are more interested in the west of Malaysia, you can also start for a cruise in the island group of Langkawi.
