The Stockholm Sounds are the largest collection of islands in the Baltic Sea after the Finnish Sound. Many of them are uninhabited and overgrown, and some of them have beautiful beaches, fishing villages and places with cafes, shops and summer events. These idyllic Schären are also still just outside the capital of Sweden, which always has something exciting to offer thanks to the open and experimental Swedes. Especially families will find a nice range of activities on the Schären.
