Das Personal im Büro sollte lernen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Bei einigen kleineren Anfragen von mir war großes Desinteresse spürbar.
Bei meiner Nachfrage, warum die Service-Pauschale (entgegen dem Vertrag) um 50€ erhöht wurde, wurde mir in einem sehr rauem Ton gesagt, dass die Service-Pauschale nachträglich erhöht werden kann. So steht es in unseren AGBˋs - und basta!
Das Personal beim Check-in und -out war super!
