Die Yacht war in allen Belangen mit dem Mindesten ausgestattet, nicht mehr. Es gab keinen Wechselrichter, so dass kein 220V genutzt werden konnten. Einen 12V-Anschluss gab es auch nicht. Dass die Lampen in den Kabinen einen USB-Anschluss hatten, wusste der Vercharterer selbst nicht. Eine Toilette war undicht. Eine Winsch war defekt und konnte nicht vor Ort repariert werden, obwohl lediglich der Abstandshalter hätte getauscht werden müssen. Viele andere Kleinigkeiten waren noch zu finden. Aber es waren eher Unannehmlichkeiten, die auf die Sicherheit keinen negativen Einfluss hatten. Insgesamt hat man gemerkt, dass der Vercharterer aus möglichst wenig Invest möglichst große Einnahmen erzielen wollte.
Das Boot war wohl eigentlich relativ neu. Allerdings hat es durch die mangelnde Pflege eher wie ein ziemlich alter Kahn angemutet.
