Boot war technisch in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Segel waren neuwertig und zeigten keine Abnutzungserscheinung.
Verwirrend war, dass bei der Rückgabe das Personal aus der Marina darauf bestanden hat an der Tankstelle vor Ort (Rogoznica) zu tanken. War hatten am selben Morgen in der nur 5,4 Sm entfernten Marina Kremik getankt (Spritverbrauch bis Rogoznica ca. 2,5 ltr.). Erst nach etwas Diskussion und der Vorlage der Tankrechnung wurde akzeptiert, dass das Boot vollgetankt ist.
