Das Personal vor Ort war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Rückfragen während des Törns (z.B. Bedienungsprobleme mit dem ungewohnten Elektromotor des Beibootes) wurden sofort und fachkundig beantwortet.
Kleinere Schäden (z.B. ein Stoffdämpfer eines Fensters) wurden nicht gesondert berechnet.
