Yacht hatte keine Rettungsinsel, Begründung: unter 12 m sei das in Kroatien nicht vorgeschrieben (Länge ist 12,17 m lt. Schiffspapieren).

Motor produzierte häufig Fehlalarme, besonders bei Langsamfahrt, also bei Hafenmanövern. Sehr störend. Der Fehler ist der Crew vor Ort bekannt, kann aber nicht behoben werden.
