Einige Mängel, die bei der Abnahme nicht aufgefallen sind, aber dem Vercharterer vorher aufgefallen sein müssten. Beispiel: eine der 3 Toiletten funktionierte gar nicht, bei einer anderen war die Spülpumpe undicht. Problemlos funktionierte nur die Dritte.
Bilge: Schlecht einsehbare Abteile waren voll Wasser.
