Overall experience was good but not better. The staff in the marina was friendly and tried to help/ bring missing equipment but they could not find it so we had to leave without complete equipment
There were less important things missing like:
- Bowls to eat from
- a large pot to cook for 8 people
- ...
But there were also very important things missing like
- Enough Fenders (We only had 6 Fenders for a 46ft yacht)
- Lifelines to attach ourselves to the boat in rough conditions. Initially there was only one, the stadd could organize another 6 but there was still one missing
Which is inacceptable from my point of view as this equipment is required to guarantee safety for crew and boat

Other things like VERY old sails and a defect Bow thruster were also not really what i expected and what i paid for.
Still not as bad as missing safety equipment.
At least in the end the charter company did pay back the deposit without further issues.
