Die Übergabe der Yacht erfolgte durch eine Aushilfe, die sich viel Zeit nahm, aber leider inkompetent war. Das Boot wies vorher nicht angegebene Mängel auf: Die Motor-RPM Anzeige war funktionslos, eine Luke der Bugkabine war undicht, 1 Wassertank war bei Übergabe nicht gefüllt, eine 2. Winschkurbel, der 6. Fender, der Kugelfender und sogar ein Enterhaken fehlten an Bord und wurden erst nach wiederholter Aufforderung beschafft.
Auch wenn es die 1. Vercharterung dieser Saison war, hätte man einen besseren Zustand bei Übergabe erwarten können.
