Das Klein-Klein mit dem Ausleihen von Handtücher & Bettwäsche als aufpreispflichtiges Extra, keine Geschirrtücher, das leidige Thema daß Reserve-Gasflasche bei näherer Prüfung dann doch nicht voll war usw. ist lästig und sollte alles in den Standard mit hinein - damit möchte ich mich als Charterkunde bei Fluganreise doch garnicht beschäftigen!

Bargeldposten wie Wäsche etc. sind unhandlich, die fehlende Kartenakzeptanz für Kaution unerfreulich. Leider keine Seltenheit, eher Standard. Perfekte Gepäckaufbewahrung schafft den Ausgleich.
Wie erwartet kommt keiner für erhöhte Taxikosten wg. Wechsel der Marina auf.
Insgesamt trotzdem empfehlenswert, sehr professionell!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the competent and friendly staff at the base. The professional handling of the pick-up and return was also impressive. Our wishes were met courteously.
The condition of the yacht could only just be rated as good, as there was disproportionate wear and tear in many, but not significant, places, which no longer corresponded to the age of the yacht. For example, the bimini fastenings were torn off, there were many scratches on the bow and stern, the dinghy had no bench seat, the floor below deck was scratched, etc.

Groß- Segel der Sun Odyssey 509 hat irgendwie nicht gepasst, kein optimaler trimm möglich. Schotenführung nicht gut gelöst. Werde keine S O mehr chartern. Sonst schönes Boot.

am Telefon und vor Ort etwas unflexibel, was die Bereitstellung bzw. den beschleunigten Ablauf der Übergabe betrifft.
Ich hätte mir die Yacht auch schonmal alleine angeschaut, um mich vertraut zu machen und dann meine Fragen gestellt.
Musste aber warten (obwohl die Yacht fertig war), bis ein Techniker Zeit für die Einweisung hatte.
Ansonsten lief alles reibungslos.

Von den 3 Toiletten an Bord waren 2 (die vorderen beiden) bei geschlossen Ventilen (im Hafen) nicht benutzbar! Das Abpumpen in den Tank ging nicht. Das Problem war von Anfang an und nicht durch uns erst verursacht (wir sammeln jegliches Papier gesondert! Mit 10 Personen und einer funktionierenden Toi war das sehr unangenehm bzw. schwierig!
