The boat was also returned quickly and with great routine.

Die Übernahme des Bootes nahm kaum Zeit in Anspruch und konnte dank der digital bereit gestellten Checkliste rasch erledigt werden. Die Rückgabe des Bootes erfolgte ebenfalls zügig und mit grosser Routine.

The charter company was very nice, the new yacht was spotlessly clean and the overall impression was great. The only thing that bothered me was the poor functioning of the toilets and a bad service battery. Also, due to the lack of real photos in advance, it was not clear that the yacht is equipped with very few extras. For example, there are no benches at the helm, it only has two winches and no center cleats (all things I personally value), the engine ventilation is extremely loud and there are no back cushions in the cockpit.

I found the preparations and the platform with the information and documents provided very good.
I only had difficulties finding the yacht in the harbor and wandered around for about 45 minutes. Either I overlooked the information or it was actually missing. For example, it would have been helpful to have the number of the Pears or the boatyard and or a telephone number of the local charter company. I finally enquired at the official harbour office about the exact location of the boat.
The boat had a few minor technical defects, all of which I communicated. The charter company wrote everything down and made every effort to rectify the faults during our trip. For example, the consumer battery was replaced because we had a power cut while sailing. However, the problem was with the on-board electronics and in my opinion needs to be checked by the shipyard (fully charged battery only showed 12.7 V). The lower shrouds were very loose, which caused the rigging or the shroud anchorages to be hit hard when the waves were high. This can become dangerous at some point. This problem was recognized and should be fixed in the next few days. There were also a few other minor technical faults, but these are not so dramatic (the doors were plumb, etc., ....)
We were on this boat as a family (6 people). The size was just right for us. The saloon and kitchen were functional and spacious. The berths were comfortable. We sailed up to 7Bf or 30Kn wind and felt safe on this yacht even in 3m high waves.
The dinghy and motor are easy and quick to launch. We can even do it alone.
We took 6 back cushions with us for the outside area and left them there so that we could sit more comfortably.
In general, we are very satisfied all round.

It would be very helpful if you could get an overview of harbors that you can call at and get a berth. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having to leave a port because the owner of the mooring did not agree. It wasn't nice in the dark and in strong winds.
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man vorort eine Übersicht von Häfen bekommen würde, die man anlaufen kann und man einen Anlegeplatz bekommt. Leider hatten wir das Pech einen Hafen verlassen zu müssen, weil der Liegeplatzbesitzer nicht einverstanden war. Im Dunkeln und bei starken Wind war das nicht schön.

Guter Vercharterer mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Yachten, leider etwas unübersichtlich Pitter, Mittler, ...
Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, das ein Restaurant Besuch in der näheren Umgebung nicht möglich ist. Bzw. das die Plätze am Steg Restaurant sehr eingeschränkt sind.
