bei Rückgabe wegen kleiner Gelcoatläsion an Heck-Plattform pingelig und bei meiner Nachfrage sofort aufgebracht bis aggressiv; totale Hektik, die zwar wegen des allgemeinen Zeitdrucks verständlich ist, aber nicht notwendig wäre;

Es ist zu wenig Personal , wenn an einem Tag Check in und Check out ist. Die Kontrolle der Boote und die Sauberkeit sowie die Einweisung ist nicht gut.

Leider waren die Aussenborder nicht in einem einwandfreien Zustand, was sich aber erst bei der Fahrt bemerkbar gemacht hat. Dem Vercharterer will ich das aber nicht anlasten, es ist gut möglich, dass der Vorcharterer dies nicht erwähnt hat (er hat sehr viel an der Motoryacht kaputt gemacht: Brandflecken, Scheibenwischer abgebrochen, ...). Der Vercharterer war sehr professionell, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat ansonsten offen kommuniziert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier chartern, auch Segelboote.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Abwicklung war reibungslos und sehr professionell. Einen kleinen Schaden an der Aussendusche haben wir verursacht, dieser wurde aber nicht berechnet. Man war froh, dass wir den Schaden (abgebrochener Hebel) gemeldet haben, damit dieser für die nächsten Gäste repariert werden konnte.
