Der Base-Manager wirkte gestresst. Die Freundlichkeit war ok, könnte aber besser sein. Hierbei haben wir in Kroatien ganz unterschiedliches erlebt. Die Abwicklung war trotzdem sehr gut, effizient und unkompliziert. Wir würden wieder dahin.
