Das Personal vor Ort von VitoNautica war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die ganze Hafensnlage in Pomer sauber, gepflegt und entspannt.
Bei der Anmeldung mussten wir über 1 Stunde warten, bis wir unsere Papiere abgeben konnten, obwohl nur wenige Charterer vor ins waren. Da wäre es sinnvoll, eine 2. Person zur Bearbeitung im Büro einzusetzen.

das boot war in perfektem zustand. kundenservice besonders zuvorkommend. ich wurde am vierten tag sogar angerufen, da mein batteriestand niedrig war. das nenn ich mal ein service.
