Von Beginn der ersten Kontaktaufnahme vor Ort, über die Einweisung bis hin zur Rückgabe, waren alle Beteiligten stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Stegpersonal unterstützte bei mit Hirn und Hand bei den schwierigen An-/Ablegemanövern. Bei der Yacht gab es nur kleinere Beanstandungen (temporärer Ausfall Windmesser, fehlerhafte Geschwindigkeitsanzeige), welche zur Kenntnis genommen wurden.
