Der Motor der Ankerwinsch lief von Anfang an harzig, ging dann tatsächlich am vorletzten Chartertag kaputt (Getriebebox war komplett defekt). Die anschliessende Kommunikation mit Istion war hervorragend (per SMS und Telefon), Istion sehr hilfsbereit und wollten sogar einen Techniker per Schiff schicken (3 Stunden mit Fähre von Kos nach Leros Marina). Wir lehnten jedoch ab und fuhren am letztren Chartertag ohne Ankerstopp in die Marina ein. Bei der Übergabe wurde das Problem eingehend besprochen und war bei der Abgabe letztendlich für uns ohne Problem.

Istion auf Kos ist eine sehr profesionelle Basis in der bekannt guten Marina mit sauberen Sanitäranlagen.

Sehr guter, ausführlicher Check In, problemloser Check Out, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr professionelle Betreuung der Yacht.

Am Mittelmeer habe ich noch keine bessere Abwicklung erlebt.
Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.
