Heimathafen ist technisch iO, sehr einfach im Sanitärbereich, familiär und mit Restaurants/Bars in der Umgebung. Einkaufen vor Ort gestaltet sich wahrscheinlich schwierig ohne Auto (nicht ausprobiert).
