Folgende kleine Kritikpunkte:
- Der Check-in war systembedingt nur online möglich (zusätzlich zur physischen Einweisung). Da ich mit meinem Handy schlechten Empfang hatte, war dies mit Verzögerungen verbunden. Ich musste mein Handy mit einem lokalen WLAN verbinden, um den online-checkin durchzuführen.
- Eines morgens hatten wir keinen Strom mehr. Der Schutzschalter der Servicebatterie hatte sich mit dem Verbrauch der zwei Kühlschränke abgeschaltet, da wir am Vortag auf Grund guten Segelwinds zu wenig den Motor genutzt hatten. Der Einstieg zur Hilfestellung wurde vom Vercharterer über ein KI-Tool angeboten. Eine Hilfestellung per KI bei schlechtem Handynetz halte ich nicht für angemessen. Ein Anruf in der Marina hat schließlich schnell zur Lösung geführt.
