Übernahme konnte leider erst genau laut Vertrag um 17 Uhr gestartet werden. Das Reinigungspersonal war tatsächlich bis kurz davor beschäftigt - deshalb konnten wir weder Gepäck noch Einkauf verstauen.

Der junge Mann, der die Übergabe gemacht hat, ist auch laut Rezeption/Büro vor Ort noch neu und unerfahren.
