Bei Rückgabe wurde auf einige Punkte/ Schwachstellen aufmerksam gemacht. Das Servicepersonal waren diese Punkte bereits bekannt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auf die Punkte bereits beim Checkin vom Personal hingewiesen worden wäre! So hat es den beklemmenden Eindruck, das wir die Verursachter waren.
Ansonsten war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent.
