At our charter base Rogoznica the modern marina Frapa and the historic old town situated on an island form a very attractive unit for sailors. The marina is considered to be one of the most beautiful and best protected in the Adriatic due to its location, and the very good infrastructure also ensures a relaxed start to the cruise. There is also a sports offer with tennis courts, squash, bowling and fitness room.

The village of Rogoznica is characterized by its stone houses, which contrast beautifully with the many palm trees, trees and flowers growing here. In the port of Rogoznica many others important services are offered for a yacht charter: e.g. the range of water sports in the marina is diverse and various. Worth seeing are also the St. Mary's Church and the Parish Church, from whose square one also has a beautiful view. Whether fish dishes or a glass of wine, local dishes can be enjoyed anywhere during a yacht charter in one of the bars and restaurants.
A small highlight even before the start of the cruise is the Dragon's Eye Lake, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the marina. This saltwater lake is not only a legend, but also a biological phenomenon. You can swim in the lake most of the year.

A cruise to the most beautiful cities and islands of Central Dalmatia

Towards the south there are two historical cities with beautiful old town, Trogir and Split. At least one of them should be visited. Both of them belong to the UNESCO world cultural heritage. Trogir's old town has grown over centuries on an island and the sights are close together. In Split, the old town starts from one center, Diocletian's Palace, which is also the cultural highlight. Both cities offer many opportunities for going out, eating, shopping, strolling and cultural events.

On the islands of Central Dalmatia there are small towns, most of which live from fishing and tourism. They combine tradition and modernity. In the restaurants and konobas you can taste the regional dishes and local wines, because the islands are characterized by vineyards as well as olive groves and pine forests. The next anchorage is never far away, on the beaches you can relax and unwind. Each island also has its own special feature, whether the lavender fields on Hvar, Brač with one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, Šolta with its charming little villages or Vis with interesting caves and grottos.

Nature and activity on the Kornati islands with a yacht charter Rogoznica

The Kornati archipelago is also not far to the north. Over 90 islands and reefs belong to the area, which is now a national park. If you are looking for nature and want to be active, this is the right place for you. The islands can be explored on various hiking trails. An advantage for boaters: from the yacht you can best experience the typical crowns, the sloping cliffs. The green national park Telascica is located in the south of the island Dugi Otok. Here you will pass high cliffs and small bays. You can also swim in the warm salt water lake Mir. There are beautiful beaches on the island, the crystal clear water offers good visibility for divers and snorkelers. On the way to the Kornati Islands you should also make a detour to the Krka National Park, which can be reached via a river course past Šibenik and Skradin. From a certain point, the only way to continue is by inflatable boats or on foot. The hike leads past several waterfalls and through a green landscape that is home to over 800 different species of plants and over 200 species of birds.
