Yacht charter Croatian Adriatic Sea

Mediterranean climate and more than 1200 islands make Croatia one of the most beautiful yacht charter sailing areas in Europe. A multitude of picturesque coastal towns and natural beauty on water and on land complete the offer that sailors can discover starting from more than 50 marinas. In all five coastal regions of Croatia we have a large selection of charter yachts for you in our program.

Istria

Istria is the largest peninsula of the Adriatic Sea. Characteristic is the variety of landscapes: in the west the land is rather flat, the north on the other hand is characterized by karstic mountain ranges, the shallow coasts are partly fjord-like. The wine hills and truffle forests in the center of Istria are reflected in the regional cuisine, which can be enjoyed anywhere during your yacht charter vacation. Our Slovenian bases are located in the north of the peninsula. Our Croatian ports of departure are located in the metropolis of Pula at the southern tip of the peninsula and in picturesque Rovinj. From here you can explore the more than 1000 km of Istrian coastline.

Kvarner Bay

A chain of islands, islets and rocks starting with Krk in the north lies off the Croatian coast, making it a unique and fantastically beautiful sailing area. In the Kvarner Bay between Istria and Dalmatia lie - besides many smaller islets - the islands Krk, Cres, Losinj and Rab. The yacht charter harbor Punat on Krk can be reached via the city of Rijeka on the Croatian mainland, with which the island is connected by a bridge. The largest island in the Adriatic Sea is an ideal starting point for cruises to the surrounding islands or along the Dalmatian coast.

Northern Dalmatia - The Kornati Islands

South of the Kvarner Bay begins the rugged coast of Northern Dalmatia with its many offshore islands. In the center of this island chain lies the Kornati group with almost 150 mostly uninhabited islands. The archipelago takes its name from its largest island, Kornat. Many of the yacht charter bases are located directly in the cultural centers of this Croatian region, for example in historic Zadar, the former capital of Dalmatia. The old town districts of the cities along the Croatian Adriatic Sea are often picturesquely situated on peninsulas, e.g. Primosten. With the bases on the island of Murter we also offer you the possibility to start your cruise directly in the Kornati archipelago.

Central Dalmatia

The central Dalmatian sailing area stretches from medieval Trogir to the metropolis of Split and the Makarska Riviera. The offshore islands are varied and full of natural beauty: the caves and caverns on Vis and Biševo and the lavender blossoms on the island of Hvar are just a few of the highlights of the Central Dalmatia region - there is much to discover!

South Dalmatia

The Croatian Adriatic coast finds a special conclusion in the very south in the world heritage city of Dubrovnik. You should definitely take time for the excellently preserved old town, which is surrounded by a nearly two-kilometer-long, walkable city wall. A nice contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city is the small island of Lokrum nearby, a green gem with subtropical vegetation. The beautiful town of Korcula on the island of the same name and the salt lakes in the Mljet National Park are other great cruising destinations in southern Dalmatia!
