Sightseeing on a yacht charter Bormes-les-Mimosas
The town with its 6300 inhabitants spreads a true Provençal character. Situated in the heart of the Moorish Massif, you will find numerous pine forests, nature reserves, crystal clear water and a beautiful 20 kilometer coastline for hiking, swimming and snorkeling. Narrow, winding streets, a castle, the 18th century Église Saint-Trophime, and the Fort du Brégançon, located to the south, also offer wonderful diversity on land.
When yacht charter Bormes-les-Mimosas you should in any case sail further south to the Îles d'Hyères. On the largest island, Île de Porquerolles, you will find beautiful beaches, while Port-Cros is entirely nature reserve and less touristic. In the town of Hyères on the mainland, in addition to numerous parks, the 12th and 13th century Saint Paul Abbey and the Templar Tower are particularly worth seeing. Also the nearby town of Saint-Tropez should not be missed, a walk in the harbor past the luxury yachts and through the winding streets of the city are worthwhile. Right next to Saint-Tropez is Port Grimaud, a lagoon town modeled on Venice and crisscrossed with canals. An excursion with the dinghy offers itself here virtually. Also in the bay is Sainte-Maxime, where things are a bit less touristy. Stroll past Art Deco buildings and enjoy nature and the view at Pointe de Sardinaux.
