Organisation:
perfekte Kommunikation und Einweisung vor Ort, sehr hilfsbereite und kompetente Mitarbeiter, 24/7 Erreichbarkeit per Whatsapp/Telefon, sehr freundschaftlicher und gleichzeitig professioneller Umgang, Einladung zum fantastischen Dinner am letzten Abend.
Boot:
Sehr gepflegtes Charterboot, top Zustand. Überdurchschnittlich viele Extras, Werkzeuge, Ersatzteile und Sicherheitsmittel an Bord. Es wird viel Wert auf Qualität und Sicherheit gesetzt.
Schadensregulierung:
Uns ist eine Deckluke kaputtgegangen, die Schadensaufnahme und Regulierung erfolgte absolut professionell und transparent zu fairen Bedingungen
