Eine heftige Grundberührung durch einen Fehler unsererseits wurde sehr nett und kompetent gehändelt, Kleinigkeiten hin oder her, es ist sehr beruhigend zu wissen, dass man bei einem richtigen Problem auf diesen Vercharterer Verlass ist und er einen unterstützt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Ungewöhnlich gut. Sicher auch, weil wir nach der letzten Erfahrung mit KAVAS ein nahezu neues Boot charterten. Ausgesprochen zufrieden sind wir mit vorbereitendem und begleitenden Service von 1a-Yachtcharter.
