Simone, der Stützpunktleiter, ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein zerschlagenes Geschirr und einen verlorenen Fender hat er nicht in Rechnung gestellt.
Für ein Problem mit dem Außenbordmotor des Beibootes kam er extra nach Piombino und regelte alles zur Zufriedenheit.
In Büro wurden wir freundlich von Estelle begrüßt. Sie spricht englisch, was sehr hilfreich ist.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
