The small town of Milna is located on the west coast of the island of Brač, which forms a natural harbor here. Due to this favorable location, it is not surprising that since ancient times sailors sought shelter here and Milna later became known for its excellent sailors, fishermen and shipbuilders. They brought prosperity to the place, which can still be seen today in the beautiful architecture around the harbor.
The yacht charter base Milna is easily accessible by ferry from nearby Split. On Brač you are then right in the middle of the Croatian island world from the very first day: from here you can visit the neighboring islands Hvar, Solta and Vis, sail on the southern route to Dubrovnik or explore the Kornati archipelago in the north.
Already on the day of arrival the island offers many possibilities: in the surroundings of Milna there are dreamlike bays and on the south side of the island one of the most famous beaches of Croatia, the Golden Horn near Bol. You should definitely try the local red wine, which is served in the konobas on Brač.
