Yacht charter Milazzo

Our yacht charter base Milazzo on the north coast of Sicily is the gateway to the Lipari Islands. These volcanic islands, located north of Sicily and known for the active Stromboli, are a great spring destination: while in Northern Europe the winter still has to be driven away, sailors here can count on pleasant temperatures, blooming landscape and relaxed island atmosphere. Later in the summer it is hot and quite crowded here, and in autumn it is more pleasant again. The volcanic origin characterizes the landscape with black beaches and bizarre rocky landscapes. The distances both between the islands and to the charter base Milazzo are short, so there is enough time to explore the impressive volcanic landscapes and the small towns. Nothing, however, is as impressive as the view from the water, especially when in the evening there is the opportunity of a glimpse of the Stromboli eruptions silhouetted against the night sky. If you want to get even closer, you can also join a guided hike here. Before starting the yacht charter in this area it is good to visit the Castello di Milazzo with its fantastic view. In the port of Milazzo there are good shopping facilities and the nearest airport is in Palermo.
