es war eigentlich alles ok; einige Kritikpunkte waren aber:
- Das Gross-Segel war eher alt, auch schon etwas gelblich, eher trocken und etwas papyrusähnlich vom Griff, hatte auch Stellen an denen es schon geflickt worden war. Wir haben das Segel ordnungsgemäss benutzt, dennoch gab es einen etwa 70 cm langen Riss beim Bergen offensichtlich. Vermutlich vom Flattern kurz im Wind.
Die Reparatur von 170 Euro wurde mir belastet was ich nicht richtig finde.
Dieses Segel gehört ersetzt und nicht jeweils auf Kosten des Mieters geflickt.
Ich habe das vor Ort so gesagt, allerdings noch ohne Erfolg.
Können Sie da etwas ausrichten?
Ansuonsten war ich im Speziellen mit 1a Charter mehr als zufrieden, eher spitzenmässig
betreut gefühlt!

Der kartenplotter war unbrauchbar!
Ich habe bis heute keine Bestätigung bekommen, dass ich die Yacht ohne Schäden zurückgegeben habe. Ich habe mit dem Personal 7:30 am Samstag ausgemacht und musste um 07:45 ins Taxi steigen um meinen Heimflug zu erreichen. Ich hoffe, dass meine Kaution baldigst zurückgebucht wird sonst war alles bestens! Ich verbleibe mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Sehr freundlich! Aber völlig überfordert durch die Menge der Charteryachten! Das „ Wesentliche“ wurde angesprochen! Immer bemüht, den Chartergast zufriedenzustellen!

Weshalb befriedigend: Die Leute vor Ort sind freundlich, jedoch stelle ich immer wieder fest das auch mit einer gewissen Gleichgültigkeit gearbeitet wird. Die Kommunikation vor Ort ist eine reine Katastrophe, Obwohl wir um 09.00 Uhr im Hafen waren, hatten wir am Abend um 18.00 Uhr immer noch kein Schiff. Nachdem man uns den ganzen Nachmittag gesagt hat: ja gleich, in 20 Minuten usw. Sie hatten Probleme mit dem Segel ,eigentlich eine schnelle Sache zu reparieren. Am Sonntag sind wir dann los, das Gross hoch und ein neues Segel Problem war da. Das nur weil man am Samstag nicht seriös gearbeitet hat. Bis dieses dann repariert wurde, war es dann schlussendlich Montag 13.00 Uhr. somit haben wir leider einen ganzen Tag verloren. Viel Zeit wenn man nur 6 Tage Zeit hat zu segeln. Sehr schade... sind Dinge die nicht sein müssten.

The yacht was 12 years old - I knew that beforehand, but in that size, there was nothing else available. The yacht was in exceptionally good condition for its age. I am satisfied - also with your prompt and competent support.

Unfortunately, the boat was only in mediocre condition.
Here everything in detail:
Gas leak under the sink. After a few days, we noticed that there was an extreme smell of gas under the sink. It is important that you always turn off the gas immediately at the top of the bottle. There was no mention of this at the handover. The guy was gone as fast as I could see anyway. When I pointed out damage to the gelcoat to him, he just told us to take photos of everything, then it wouldn't be a problem. There is really big damage to the gelcoat at the front of the anchor.
A missing rider in the mainsail. When we took out the sail we realized that a rider was missing in the mainsail. There were no remnants of the broken rider in the track, so it must have been missing for some time. The sail was taken out when we returned it. The missing rider was not addressed. It had therefore been missing for some time and the boat was not properly checked by NSS.
The cover of the spinnaker halyard has come loose from the core. The spinnaker halyard cannot be used for a light wind sail under any circumstances. It's just fine for putting the dinghy in and out.
The reefing lines ran extremely badly. The reefing lines have also reached the end of their life. The lines were so roughened that they no longer ran through the boom. Reefing always required 4 people. The helmsman, someone to pull on the reefing lines at the mast, someone to pull at the end of the boom and someone else to handle the lines in the cockpit. Fortunately, we never had really bad weather. Pulling at the boom end was not without its dangers.
The boat had its quirks and was far from being in good technical condition. Ultimately, we were able to get the above points under control with good seamanship.
Return of the sailboat to NSS. We were there 1 ½ hours earlier and still had to pack our things. When I pointed out to NSS that we would need another ½ hour to do the handover. This was ignored by NSS and they came straight onto the boat with 5 men and started checking things without me.
In the end, NSS noticed "vibrations" in the engine that apparently weren't there before. I didn't notice any change in the engine noise during the whole trip. NSS claimed that I had run into a chain. The boat was then submerged. The diver couldn't find any damage around the lower hull and propeller. So at least the claim about the chain was invalidated. However, this did not stop NSS from keeping my deposit of €4000 in full.
I then checked the shaft again in the evening. At low speed, the shaft ran smoothly. At higher speeds, there were occasional vibrations. It looked to me as if the ball bearing on the hull was worn out. This is not surprising given the age of the boat and is easy to fix during winter maintenance.
NSS later presented me with an invoice that was exactly the same amount as the €4000 deposit.

We initially only had 2 automatic vests and 7 solid vests. When we booked, it said automatic vests, so we assumed that automatic vests would of course be available for all crew members.
After a bit of discussion, we luckily got automatic vests for everyone. The charter company said that they only ever supply 2 automatic vests as standard.

At some point the rear cabins will need new mattresses. Otherwise everything was fine. Very good and nice charter company. Good service when handing over and returning the yacht.

Die Genua war völlig ausgeleiert, das Großsegel sehr gut, daher keine sehr guten Fahreigenschaften. Die Holepunktverstellung ging unter Segel nicht, daher musste die Genua zum Reffen ganz eingeholt und dann wieder gerefft ausgerollt werden. Die Genua lieferte nur Krängung, keinen Vortrieb.

Nachgerüsteter Plotter im Cockpit zu klein und ungünstig montiert, somit schlechtes Handhaben. Defekte Saloneinrichtung ( Schränke und Schubladen teilweise nicht veriegelbar) Rettungswesten zu klein.
